Ed Broadbent
Senior Project Manager — Health & Human Services: Program Delivery, Operational Commissioning & Governance Design
I design health and human-services systems, then build them — national programs, community platforms, and the operational tools in between. Currently Redevelopment Project Manager with the Justice Health and Forensic Mental Health Network. Translates complex policy and evidence into operational infrastructure that gets adopted at scale, then measures whether it works. Combines governance design with hands-on technical delivery. Career anchored in evidence, dignity, and systems that let people stay human under pressure.
