I've seen this solved
many different ways.
That's what I bring.

I design health and human-services systems, then build them — national programs, community platforms, and the operational tools in between.

In 2012 I hit a truck on a motorbike in India. Fractured pelvis, internal bleeding, surgery in a rural hospital. Staring at rusty ceiling pipes, one thought was clear: I hadn't done enough with what I'd been given.

I finished a Masters in Public Health, moved to Medellín, Colombia, and spent six years building education and health infrastructure in communities that had the talent but not the tools. That belief stuck: people don't lack ability, they lack the right systems at the right time.

Back in Australia, I worked on national data governance for 85 health organisations, coordinated drug alert systems across all 8 jurisdictions, and co-authored the national reports that came out of it.

The through-line is range. I've watched the same problem — how do you get information to the people who need it, in a form they'll actually use — solved very differently at national scale, in a Medellín comuna, and in a Crows Nest cafe. That breadth is what I bring to something new: not one favoured answer, but a sense of which of the available answers fits, and the discipline to build only the part that earns its place.

Architecture, delivery & build-vs-buy

Multi-tenant platform design, data governance and in-house migration — plus the procurement judgment about what to build, what to buy, and what to leave alone.

Tell me what you're working on.

Happy to hear about work, research, collaboration or shared interests. I hold a senior role alongside this practice, so it runs small and by arrangement — a few things at a time, chosen for fit. I'm genuinely interested in the right projects.

Send me the shape of it. I'll come back to you honestly about whether I'm the right person, and what I'd suggest either way.
