Digital operating system for a café. Admin-editable menu system with structured categories, real-time updates, and loyalty tracking. Owner updates menu in the admin panel; changes are live sitewide within 60 seconds. Now running on the client's own custom domain.

Build 2: Primed Community™ Platform

Nonprofit · primed.community

Purpose-built platform for a 10-year Colombian nonprofit: LMS, volunteer management, ops dashboard, RE-AIM measurement, and API layer. Consolidated a decade of content and operational data into a single integrated system.

Build 3: Evolved Community™ Platform

Multi-tenant community platform. Cross-platform framework (iOS/Android/web from one codebase). Five Kingdoms™ gamified personal development + LMS + community infrastructure. Architecture informed by Primed's operational needs. Pattern is transferable: user-owned state, tenant-scoped content.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) service website for a Sydney dance instructor. Service packages, Instagram integration, contact form, Schema.org structured data. Afro-Colombian Pacific cultural patterns woven into the CSS design system.

Build 5: Harm Reduction Hub

Independent concept document · Governance architecture proposal

Information architecture for a national harm reduction signal system, drawing on Ed's experience with the PRN at NCCRED. Pentagon governance model with 5 dimensions, cyclical signal flow, and 6-tier access controls. References 22+ research sources. Independent portfolio build, not commissioned by any organisation.

Build 6: Five Kingdoms Dashboard

Personal multi-project operations cockpit. 14 projects monitored with live health signals, sprint tracking, command palette, 85 relay-executed automations, and scheduled daily briefings. Local relay tunnel bridges browser to machine; scripts run from anywhere.

The practice itself: site, email infrastructure, booking system, template library, and 5 personalised demo profiles for warm contacts. 89 files across 4 delivery templates (cafe, trades, home-services, specialists).

Build 8: Hivemind MCP

AI infrastructure · mcp.evolved.community

Model Context Protocol server: an AI-to-infrastructure intelligence layer. 24 tools exposing project health, sprint data, community metrics, organism signals, budget tracking, and semantic memory search to AI development agents. Conversational access to operational state across all 14 projects. 4-tier autonomy governance (auto/notify/approve/manual) controls what can execute without human confirmation.

Build 9: Broad-Ability Therapy

First paid consulting engagement · NDIS physiotherapy practice · Warners Bay, NSW

Two-stage digital delivery for an NDIS-registered physiotherapy practice. Stage 1 shipped and invoiced: website, NDIS referral intake system with full 5-section Splose-pattern form, info and FAQ pages with Schema.org markup, auth middleware, dark / light theme support, and transactional email scaffolding. Stage 2 in progress: Microsoft 365 Bookings, SharePoint client database, SOAP clinical notes via Power Apps, Xero invoice bridge, NDIS CSV export, SMS reminders, and Splose migration.

Hybrid stack: edge-hosted frontend, Microsoft 365 for practice management, existing Xero retained.

Build 10: Template System Live Demos

Four vertical delivery templates · Deployed as browsable portfolio

The 89-file template library productised into four live, browsable demos for small business, trades, community services, and specialist practices. Each demo shows the frontend experience with representative seed data. The same scaffolds accelerate any new client engagement from proposal to deploy in under a week per vertical.

Demos run in static preview mode with seed data. Production deployments connect the full stack: edge database, object storage, auth, and transactional email.
