Selective architecture and build engagements — multi-tenant platforms, Microsoft 365 / Power Platform, data governance, and in-house delivery that retires recurring vendor licences. You own everything.

Approach
One person who does the architecture and the build — so the design survives contact with delivery, and you end up owning something your team can actually run.
What you're trying to fix, the constraints, and what "done" looks like. Honest about what's worth building and what isn't.
The data model, access and governance, and the build-vs-buy call. Where it makes sense, in-house delivery that retires a recurring licence.
The working system, built and shipped. Scoped and quoted up front; every change agreed in writing first.
Documentation and handover so your team can operate and extend it. You own everything. No vendor lock-in, ever.
Engagements
From multi-tenant platform architecture down to a small-business website — one person who designs the system and builds it, top to bottom.
Architecture for organisations that have outgrown off-the-shelf: multi-tenant platforms, Microsoft 365 / Power Platform builds, data governance, and in-house delivery that replaces recurring vendor licences.
Builds
Websites, admin systems, and operating tools for small businesses and community organisations — built lean and documented so you can run them yourself.
Quoted per project after a short scoping conversation — no published packages, no subscription tiers. You own the code, the domain, and the data.
See it in the work above — Emoji Cafe, Samara, and Primed are all real, live builds.
Talk about a buildAbout
In 2012 I hit a truck on a motorbike in India. Fractured pelvis, internal bleeding, surgery in a rural hospital. Staring at rusty ceiling pipes, one thought was clear: I hadn't done enough with what I'd been given.
I finished a Masters in Public Health, moved to Medellín, Colombia, and spent years building education and health infrastructure in communities that had the talent but not the tools. That belief stuck: people don't lack ability, they lack the right systems at the right time.
Now I work as a solution architect and builder: I design systems and build them — multi-tenant platforms, data governance, and in-house delivery — across health, community, and small business. I take on a small number of selective engagements where the architecture and the build both matter.

Selective engagements, scoped and quoted per project. Remote-first, Sydney-based.
AI engaged ethically and structurally as a development partner. Architecture, decisions, accountability are mine.
